Hey! I'm Christina, a Follow-Through Coach.

I'm for people who know what to do, but can't get themselves to do it.

How did I end up as a Follow-Through Coach?

Well, tell me if this sounds familiar:

You've got a vision.

It plays on a loop in your mind.

You genuinely want this, and you already know what you need to do.

But bridging the gap between knowing and doing feels impossible

Every time you promise yourself "this week will be different" and drop the ball again, it just adds another layer of shame.

Because holy hell, doing the thing is weirdly hard.

To the outside world, it looked like I was killing it. But behind the scenes? I felt like chaos in a sleek trench coat.

I had goals. I knew the steps. I was always working on something. But I was trapped in that exact same cycle:

I’d read a new book, find a new system, or catch a burst of motivation and go 100% all-in.

But eventually, keeping up with the plan would just start to feel... hard. I'd miss a day.

I'd start to slip. And eventually, I'd just stop doing it at all.

Then I'd beat myself up and convince myself I just didn't have enough discipline.

I know exactly how that gap feels, because I used to be stuck there.

But at some point, I realized I wasn't the problem, and it wasn't my discipline. The problem was my strategies.

I was trying to force rigid, perfectionist playbooks; usually designed by somebody whose life has never looked anything like mine. And they certainly weren't designed for when life got messy.

Once I stopped trying to be perfect, stopped beating myself up about it, and learned the actual skills it takes to follow through, things started to shift. I finally figured out how to close the gap.

And that's what I'm here to help you do.

How We Close the Gap

Rigid boot camp approaches don't work for you.  That’s why you’re reading this.

If you want to close the gap between knowing and doing, you’re going to need a different strategy.

Here’s a few of my key follow-through philosophies.

Compassion is a requirement for change.

You can't bully yourself into changing.

If you want to become the “future” you; you have to be compassionate with “today” you.  Even when you don’t totally love “today” you.

Radical prioritization.

You can achieve all of your goals.  Just not at the same time.

The rest of the world keeps telling you that you can do it all, which makes it incredibly uncomfortable to put any of your goals on pause.

But time, energy, and capacity are real, finite resources.

We stop pretending you can do it all at once so you can make actual progress on your right now priorities.

Frequency comes before consistency.

If you are doing a behavior zero times, your life isn't set up to accommodate it yet.   You have to practice doing it sometimes before you can expect yourself to do it all of the time.

We call it prototyping around here (if you’re feeling fancy).

Decide. Test. Adjust.

Closing the gap sounds simple on paper, but it is incredibly difficult in practice because you are bumping up against heavy thoughts, feelings, and real skill gaps.

We’re not gunna just fling spaghetti at the wall hoping something sticks.  We treat your habits like an experiment.

We decide on a behavior, we test it in your life, and we adjust it in a very intentional way until it works for you.

At this point you’re thinking, “yeah right, you say that like it's easy…”

It’s not easy.  I know it.  You know it.  It’s wildly uncomfortable at first.  And that is exactly why you shouldn't do it alone.

With a little support this whole self-development thing can even feel….  dare I say FUN?

I was a 5 year old that told my mom I wanted to be a child psychologist.

So it’s really not a surprise that I ended up in a helping profession, or that I’m a follow-through coach.

A bit about me.

My two daughters changed my life, they have their mom’s spunk and curiosity! 👧👧

I am an avid gamer! 🖥️🎮

Whether it is video games or board games, I am in.

My favourite videogame is Hollow Knight.

I love kayaking, 🛶 and camping is one of my favourite holidays. 🏕️

🍁I’m Canadian, that’s why you’ll always see pricing in CAD for my services.

I love exploring Canada, especially places like Frank’s Slide Alberta. 🍁🗻

🥪I firmly believe that a bologna sandwich, a side of chips, and a cold can of Coke eaten around a campfire is the greatest meal on earth.

I met my husband playing World of Warcraft.  We’ve been married 13 years, and I don’t know what I’d do without him! 💍💖

Life is full, chaotic, and fun. I cannot remember the last time there was a “normal week” which is why the follow-through systems I teach are designed to work with chaos, and upsets.

Ready to finally close the gap between knowing and doing?

Let’s stop “just buckling down” and build the skills you need to keep the promises you keep making to yourself.
