The first step to hitting your goals: resilience.
Hi! I’m Christina, certified PN Level 1&2 Master Coach. I’m a behavioral change coach for overwhelmed moms who do it all for everyone (except themselves)
If you own practically the entire Barnes & Noble self-help section, odds are you’re not lacking in drive or ambition.
Your future life is so clear it’s in Ultra HD!
…but it’s only real in journals and planners when it feels like it should be your life already.
And for all the Mel Robbins and Jen Sinceros out here talking about living the life you want, not-a-one is actually teaching the skills you need to make those daily habits stick.
Before the “after” there’s the hot-mess middle.
In a world of transformational before/after success stories, we kinda forget that metamorphosis will always have a middle. And it almost always feels like a complete dumpster fire.
My coaching specializes in the hot-mess middle.
The bad news: I can’t make it go away.
The good news: together we make that hot-mess OK. (Heck, we even make it FUN!)
The hot mess middle is where the good stuff happens – it’s where you grow, learn, and come out the other side with that morning routine or fitness plan or tidy-ass house you’ve spent years dreaming about and zero days experiencing.
Hi, I’m Christina – your personal Follow-Through Coach
(aka the ‘get it done coach’, ‘operations wizard’, ‘best at boundaries,’ and the ‘queen of workarounds’)
I’m a PN 1&2 Certified Master Coach, and I’ve got a 16-year career in healthcare making sure important shit gets done.
In other words: I’m trained on how to ethically and effectively coach people to reach their goals and how to move through the process of change with imperfection and chaos.
With over a decade of clinically and operationally supporting healthcare departments I’m damn good at creating systems and routines, then finding creative ways to handle it when sh*t goes sideways. (Spoiler alert: it will always go sideways at some point)
I operate with only a few hard and fast principles, but they’re kinda important…
Say it with me now: You can’t bully yourself into changing.
The science is clear on this: compassion is required for change. And I’m pretty sure you've tried the “tough love” approach already, and you know it didn’t work (never did for me).
Discipline is not a personality trait.
It’s not something you missed in the gene pool; it’s a thing you can learn.
Becoming consistent starts by learning to be inconsistent.
Your ability to be inconsistent is critical for change. Building daily habits and routines means having the skills to start over again (and again) without losing your resolve.
Science + compassion = follow-through
Take the science without the compassion and you’re setting yourself up for a claustrophobic routine that’s as cold and brittle as 6am on January 3rd (I’m Canadian, that’s f*cking freezing).
Lean into compassion without the science and you’re set-up for the sneakiest shame spiral while you throw yourself into your goals with all heart and no skill.
I don’t care if you want a cozy morning routine or just want to fold the laundry the same week you washed it. What I care about is supporting you while you learn the actual skills that make habits stick.
